These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit, browse, purchase from, or otherwise use the Beautiful Giant website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our policies, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

We try to display products, colors, sizes, descriptions, and availability accurately, but we do not guarantee that every image, color, measurement, inventory count, or description is error-free. Product colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and production batches. Availability may change without notice.

Pricing, Promotions, and Errors
