Shipping Policy
Free U.S. shipping on orders $50+. Orders under $50 may be charged shipping at checkout based on destination and available shipping method. The $50 threshold applies after discounts and before taxes, duties, shipping, and other fees unless a promotion states otherwise.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received and fraud checks are complete. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
U.S. Delivery Estimates
U.S. orders are typically delivered about 2-6 business days after shipment, depending on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
International Delivery Estimates
International delivery commonly takes about 10-20 business days after shipment, but can take longer because of customs processing, local carrier delays, address issues, holidays, or destination-country restrictions.
Items Shipping From Outside the U.S.
Some items may ship from outside the United States. These orders usually require up to 1 business day to prepare and about 5-12 business days for U.S. delivery. International timing varies by destination.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and compliance with local import rules. These charges are not collected by Beautiful Giant unless shown at checkout, and they are not refundable by us unless required by law.
Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra carrier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Shipping Delays and FTC Rule
If we cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we will follow applicable law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule for U.S. orders. Where required, we will notify you of the delay and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. Contact us at customservice@beautifulgiant.com and we will help review the shipment and available carrier claim options. We do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided unless required by law or caused by our error.
